Directions

  1. Chop the garlic chives into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  2. Julienne the bell pepper.
  3. Add some salt to boiling water. Boil the bean sprouts and (2), after a minute or so add in (1) and quickly boil. Drain in a colander.
  4. Place (3) into a bowl, add in (A) and dress the ingredients.

    • Adjust the amount of Japanese chili oil to be added as per your preference.
