Spread the soypulp inside of a heat-safe bowl and sprinkle on the onions. Cover with paper towel (microwave-safe)and heat in a microwave (600 W) for 90 seconds, then remove and allow to cool.

Drain the tuna, julienne the red bell pepper into short strips.

Add (A) to (1), mix well, then also add in (2) and quickly combine all together.
Cooking Basics
Onions - finely chopped
Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
Bell peppers - removing seeds
Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
