- Finely chop the medium fatty tuna, then lightly pound. Roughly chop up the picked daikon radish and shiso and mince the negi.
- Place (1) into a bowl and combine. Add in the sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix throughout,
then serve into bowls. - Place on top of nori seaweed and dip into a mixture of soy sauce and wasabi to enjoy.
