shiso / perilla

3 to 4 leaves

sesame oil

2 tsp

nori seaweed

as desired

Kikkoman Soy Sauce

as desired

wasabi paste

as desired

Directions

  1. Finely chop the medium fatty tuna, then lightly pound. Roughly chop up the picked daikon radish and shiso and mince the negi.
  2. Place (1) into a bowl and combine. Add in the sesame seeds and sesame oil, mix throughout,
    then serve into bowls.
  3. Place on top of nori seaweed and dip into a mixture of soy sauce and wasabi to enjoy.
