- Remove any sinews from the chicken tenders and place into a heat-safe container. Sprinkle on (A), lightly cover with plastic wrap (or lightly place a lid on top without sealing), then heat for 3 minutes in a microwave (500W).
- Mix together the ingredients from (B) to prepare the dressing.
- Cut the tomato into wedges, use a vegetable peeler to create lengthwise stripes along the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise then slice up diagonally.
- Once (1) has cooled, tear up into easy to eat strips, arrange colorfully with (2) and (3) on a plate, and pour on (1) before enjoying.
