Directions

  1. Cut the tuna into 2 cm (0.8 in.) cubes.
  2. Remove the garlic core, thinly slice up and combine with the soy sauce and mirin.
  3. Place the of olive oil into a fry pan over high heat and pan-fry (1). Once the surface is golden brown, add in (2) and spread to coat the fish.
  4. Serve onto plates and garnish with the baby leaf greens.
