Directions
- Cut the tuna into 2 cm (0.8 in.) cubes.
- Thinly slice up the garlic and combine with the soy sauce and mirin.
- Place 1 tsp of olive oil into a fry pan over high heat and pan-fry (1). Once the surface is golden brown, add in (2) and spread to coat the fish.
- Serve onto a plate and garnish with the baby leaf greens.
