Directions

  1. Boil the nanohana in lightly salted water. Strain, cool and cut into edible size pieces.
  2. Heat some salad oil in a fry pan. Fry (1) over high heat. Pour in (A) and turn off the heat. Quickly mix everything together.
  3. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle on katsuobushi and serve.
