Directions
- Cook the water greens in boiling water, remove to cold water, drain and squeeze out excess moisture and then cut into 4 cm (1.6 cm) lengths.
- Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into wedges.
- Drain and break apart the tuna.
- Mix together (A) in a bowl, add in (1)-(3), combine well and serve.
