- Cut the enoki mushrooms off of their bases, leaving the mushrooms to be between 2cm and 3cm in length.
- Put the cut mushrooms into a pot, then add the ingredients listed under (A) and stir, cooking over medium-heat until soy sauce mixture is reduced.
Note: the cooked mushrooms can be placed inside a sealed container and placed inside a refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
