A delicious soup using less salt soy sauce

- Cut the tofu into 1 cm (1/2 in.) cubes. Cut the trefoil into 3 cm (1-1/4 in.) lengths.
- Add the dashi soup stock to a pot and add the Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce to adjust the taste.
- Add the tofu and trefoil to (2). When it comes to a boil, immediately turn off the flame.
