Hand-rolled with lots of vegetables

- Remove and wash the red chicory leaf by leave and drain. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Diagonally cut the pickle into 5 mm (1/4 in.) thick slices.
- Add the beef to a pan and saute. When the color changes, add the Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Kikkoman Manji Aji-Mirin and stir together.
- Using the lettuce as a cup, serve filled with rice, (2), cherry tomatoes and pickles, and garnish with sesame seeds as you prefer.
