Separate the broccoli into small florets, julienne the bell pepper, and thinly slice up the mushrooms. Wrap the tofu in paper towel to remove excess moisture and then coarsely mash.

Place (A) in a bowl, add in (1) and mix together.

Spread the vegetable oil onto a baking tray, place down a baking sheet, pour in (2) and cook in a toaster over for 30 to 40 minutes, then allow to cool.

Remove (3) from the baking tray and cut into bite-size pieces. Serve on a plate pierced with toothpicks.
