Natto Spaghetti

A healthy and light spaghetti dish topped with natto.

100 ml (3.3 fl oz.)


  1. Prepare the spaghetti by boiling it in salted water about 1 min. before continuing on.
  2. Heat up (A). When it begins to simmer, remove from stove and mix in natto.
  3. Stir in butter with spaghetti and place on a plate.
  4. Add (2) to the spaghetti, generously top with chives.
