Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water (about 10 g salt per 1 L / 34 fl. oz. of water) according to the package directions. Drain well.
  2. Place the natto in a bowl and mix well. Add the egg yolk and soy sauce, and mix to combine.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss (1) with the olive oil. Add (2) and the green onions, and mix well. Transfer to serving plates and top with the nori.
