steamed rice(warm)

400 g (14 oz)

100 g (3.5 oz)

40 g (1.4 oz)

(A)Sushi Vinegar

(B)Seasoning

Directions

  1. Mix rice with (A) to prepare the sushi rice.
  2. Season the tuna with (B).
  3. Cut the cream cheese into cylinders.
  4. Rinse then cut the leaf lettuce and perilla leaves.
  5. Flatten out wax paper onto a makisu (a bamboo woven mat for food), and spread (1). Place on top the seaweed, leaf lettuce, perilla, (2) and (3). Roll the makisu away from you and tightly squeeze to form a roll.
  6. Remove the wax paper and makisu, sprinkle sesame seeds around the rice edges and cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
