Break one egg into a bowl. Puncture the yolk in 2 to 3 places with a skewer or toothpick.

Fill small and deep ceramic pots with 200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.) of water. Gently add in (1). Make sure the eggs are fully submerged in the water.

Microwave uncovered for 1 minute at 500W. Then continue to heat for 10 seconds at a time while carefully checking until the egg is cooked to the desired hardness. Repeat this process for the remaining egg.

Add (A) to a small pot and heat over medium-low. Once boiling, pour in the diluted starch and mix to thicken the seasoning. Add in daikon radish sprouts trimmed to a length of 1 to 2 cm (1/2 in.), then turn off the heat.

Add drained (3) to each bowl, pour on (4) and serve.
