Break an egg in a bowl. Puncture the yolk 2-3 times with a skewer or toothpick.

Fill ceramic pots with 1 cup of water. Carefully add in (1). Make sure the eggs are fully submerged in the water.

Microwave for 1 min. at 500W without wrapping. Next, while checking each time, continue to heat in 10 seconds segments until the egg is cooked to a desirable level. Do the same for the other egg as well.

Add all the ingredients from (A) to a small pot and heat over medium-low. Once boiling, pour in some diluted starch and mix to thicken the sauce. Add in 1-2 cm (1/2 in) long pieces of daikon radish sprouts and turn off the heat.

Add (3) to a bowl, pour on (4) and serve.
