Directions

  1. Rehydrate the wakame seaweed in water. Remove hard roots from the daikon radish sprouts, rinse and pat dry. Julienne the green perilla.
  2. Mix (A) to prepare the pickled apricot sauce.
  3. Boil some water in a pot and cook the pork at 80 °C, then drain.
  4. Spread out the lettuce on a plate. Place (3) on top in bite-size pieces along with (1). Pour on the pickled apricot sauce and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
