Remove the sepals from the okra and lightly massage with salt. Next boil, cool in cold water, remove and cut into small pieces.

Cut the myoga into small, bite-size pieces.

Boil the nameko mushrooms in (A). Add in (1) and boil for a short time. Turn off the heat.

Place the bottom of the pot in ice water to cool off. Pour in a bowl and sprinkle on the myoga.
