Lightly season the okra in some salt (not included in recipe ingredients) and massage each by hand, then boil.

Divide the eggplant and zucchini into 6-8 vertical pieces. Cut these in half.

Sprinkle (A) onto the ingredients. In the following order, dip each ingredient into the flour, the egg and the bread crumbs. Deep-fry in medium-hot oil. Garnish with Worcestershire-style sauce sauce and ketchup.

Cover the okra lightly in salt and rub all over gently to remove the fuzz. This will make the color more vivid and soften the texture as well.
