Directions

  1. Lightly season the okra in some salt (not included in recipe ingredients) and massage each by hand, then boil.
  2. Divide the eggplant and zucchini into 6-8 vertical pieces. Cut these in half.
  3. Sprinkle (A) onto the ingredients. In the following order, dip each ingredient into the flour, the egg and the bread crumbs. Deep-fry in medium-hot oil. Garnish with Worcestershire-style sauce sauce and ketchup.
