(A)Seasoning

(B)Batter

Directions

  1. Cut the white fish into rods. Season in (A) for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove and lightly wipe excess seasoning with a paper towel, then dip in the batter.
  3. Heat oil for deep-frying in a fry pan and fry (2). Once they have cooked through to the center, remove and place on a plate.
  4. Wipe the pan clean and pour in (C) and (D). Continuously stir while heating until creamy. Pour on (3). Finally, dress with diagonally sliced strips of spring onion.
