  1. Break apart the head of cauliflower, then thinly slice.
  2. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Add and fry the bacon and onion. Once they become transparent, add in (1) and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in (A). Once boiling, allow to simmer for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the original soy milk and turn off the heat right before it begins to boil.
