Divide the cauliflower into florets.

Cut the pork into 3-4 cm (1 in.) pieces and massage in (A) to season.

Remove seeds from the bell and green peppers and roughly chop up into bite-size pieces.

Boil water in a pot and cook (1) so that it remains firm. Add in (3) and quickly cook, then drain in a colander.

Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan and saute (2) . When the color changes, add in (B) and (4), and saute all ingredients together.

Add and mix in the potato starch dissolved in 1 Tbsp water. Serve once the sauce thickens.
