Directions
- Season fillets with (A) and set aside to (this will remove any fishy odor and taste).
- Mix together ingredients for miso paste (B)
- Lightly pat fillets dry and spread evenly with miso paste from (2).
- Cut spring onions into 4 cm (approx. 2 in) pieces. Place together with cod fillets and bake at 170 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 7 to 8 minutes until fillets are cooked through. To hasten cooking time, place inside slightly closed aluminum foil pouch.
