Directions
- Cut fillets in half and season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix ingredients (A) together in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets into a casserole dish or other oven-safe dish. Cover fillets with the panko breadcrumb mixture from Step 2. Bake for 20 minutes at 230 C (450 F).
- Serve with lemon slices.
