(A)Sesame vinaigrette

  • Hon Mirin contains alcohol.
    For individuals unable to consume alcohol, we recommend that you either do not use Hon Mirin or that you boil off the alcohol content prior to use (heated at boiling temperatures for 1 to 1.5 minutes).

Directions

  1. Slice the onion into thin rounds and lightly salt.
    When tender, gently massage then squeeze.
  2. Mix together the ingredients for (A), then add (1) and firmly pressed the sauce into the onions by hands.
    Serve on plates lined with the leaf lettuce.
