50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.)

  • The amount of dissolved starch is a guide. Adjust according to the moisture content of the ingredients.


  1. Cut into the pork sinew.
  2. Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium heat and cook both sides of the pork. Once browned, add in (A) and coat the meat while cooking.
  3. Remove the pork, then thicken the remaining sauce by adding potato starch dissolved in water. Return the pork and coat with the thickened sauce.
  4. Serve garnished with the cherry tomatoes and red leaf lettuce.
