  1. Place the udon noodles in a lidded heat-safe container, cover and microwave (500W) for 2 minutes.
  2. Place on a serving dish, pour on olive oil and soy sauce using a circular motion, place the egg yolk in the center and sprinkle the cheese and yakinori seaweed torn into small pieces on top to complete.
