  1. Spread the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat and crack in the eggs one at a time. Pan fry the eggs to your desired hardness to prepare the fried eggs.
  2. Scoop freshly steamed rice into bowls, place the fried eggs on top and sprinkle on soy sauce.
