Simmered New Potatoes and Minced Chicken

50 g (1.8 oz.)

100 g (3.5 oz.)

300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.)

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

1 & 1/2 Tbsp


  1. Wash the potatoes well, pat dry and cook in the oil unpeeled. Remove the green peas from the pods and lightly boil (on the hard side).
  2. Combine (A) in a pot, add in the minced chicken meat, and break apart while cooking. Once simmering, remove any scum that forms and add in the potatoes.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked through, add in the green peas and squeezed ginger root juice, allow to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Lastly add in the potato starch dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp of water to thicken the mixture.
