Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast in half, then slice up diagonally. Remove hard stems from the shimeji mushrooms and separate into small bunches. Cut the stem of the eringi mushroom into rounds and the cap into wedges.
  2. Heat up a fry pan, add in the olive oil and cook the chicken (1) on both sides. Add in the shimeji and king oyster mushrooms, add in the butter, saute all together and season with (A).
