Directions

  1. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, cover with (A), and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the egg mixture ingredients (B) into a bowl and mix together. Combine this mixture with the batter ingredients (C) in a cooking tray, or bowl. Roll the chicken (1) in the combined batter to coat entirely.
  3. Heat the cooking oil to 170 C (340 F), then add in (2) and deep-fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Line a plate with lettuce and arrange the chicken on top. Garnish with lemon wedges to enjoy.
