  1. Stab the shishito peppers with a skewer (or fork) to open some holes. Mince the ginger.
  2. Cook the ginger, red chili pepper and ground beef in the sesame oil. Once the beef becomes crumbly, add in the shishito peppers and sprinkle in the cooking sake.
  3. Add (A) to (2), stir-fry so that the ingredients become slightly pan-roasted and then serve into dishes.

Ginger - mincing

Remove the skin of the ginger and thinly slice, gradually sliding and stacking the slices. Then mince the ginger into fine pieces, and slice again finely at right angles.
