Directions

  1. Pierce the shishito peppers with a skewer (or fork) to open some holes.
  2. Mince the ginger.
  3. Cook (2), the red chili pepper and ground beef in the sesame oil. Once the beef becomes crumbly, add in (1) and sprinkle in the sake.
  4. Add (A) to (3), stir-fry so that the ingredients become slightly pan-roasted and then serve into bowls.
