Soymilk Jelly with Mixed Beans

200 ml (6.8 fl.oz.)

100 ml (3.4 fl. oz.)

1 Tbsp

2 g (0.1 oz. or 1/2 tsp)


  1. Place the soymilk and (A) into a pot, mix well then bring to a boil over medium heat. Allow to simmer for about 1 minute. Place into a cooking tray or similar, then chill and harden in a refrigerator.
  2. Cut (1) into cubes, serve into bowls with the mixed beans and pour on the brown sugar syrup.
