Place the soymilk and (A) into a pot, mix well then bring to a boil over medium heat. Allow to simmer for about 1 minute. Place into a cooking tray or similar, then chill and harden in a refrigerator.

Cut (1) into cubes, serve into bowls with the mixed beans and pour on the brown sugar syrup.
