Directions
- Dice the tomato (A) into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
- Coat a fry pan with the olive oil, add in and heat the garlic over medium.
- Once fragrant, add in the kinmedai, and pan-fry to golden on high heat.
- Add in (A), cover with a lid and steam-fry for 12 to 13 minutes. Adjust the flavor with the soy sauce, and add in chopped Italian parsley if on hand.
