red chili pepper (halved and deseeded)

200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Dice the tomato (A) into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
  2. Coat a fry pan with the olive oil, add in and heat the garlic over medium.
  3. Once fragrant, add in the kinmedai, and pan-fry to golden on high heat.
  4. Add in (A), cover with a lid and steam-fry for 12 to 13 minutes. Adjust the flavor with the soy sauce, and add in chopped Italian parsley if on hand.

Garlic - mincing

Remove the skin of the garlic clove, and cut vertically in half. Then remove the core, slice thinly cut-side down without cutting as far as the base part, and lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts. Finally, mince from end to end.
