1Prepare the vinegared rice. Use a cutting motion to mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice evenly, and fan the rice to cool. Excluding the cream cheese, salmon roe and butterhead lettuce, cut all ingredients into thick rectangular sticks. Return the cream cheese to room temperature to soften. Rehydrate the rice paper wrappers.

Arrange the vinegared rice and ingredients on a serving platter, wrap in nori seaweed and rice paper wrappers and enjoy with a side of soy sauce.
