1Prepare the vinegared rice. Use a cutting motion to mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice evenly, and fan the rice to cool.

Cut the tuna and Japanese rolled omelette into bite-sized slices. Cut the nori seaweed sheets in half.

Spread the vinegared rice over half of each nori seaweed sheet, top with the ingredients and roll from one edge into a cone. Gently add a scoop of the salmon roe and enjoy with a side of soy sauce and wasabi.
