Remove the stem of the cherry tomatoes. Slice the garlic thinly. Chop the parsley. Cut the chicken into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.

Add A to a fry pan and heat over medium. Once it comes to a boil, add the spaghetti.

Add the chicken, cherry tomatoes, and chickpeas, then toss the contents. Once the pan comes to a boil again, cover it with a lid, reduce it to medium-low, and cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package.

At the 3 minute mark, remove the lid, stir the contents, and then cover again to cook.

Once the pasta is done, uncover the lid, and evaporate the excess liquid. Add butter, Kikkoman Soy Sauce, and black pepper, then mix well.

Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with parsley and grated cheese.
