(A) Beef Seasoning

Directions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with (A).
  2. Rinse the komatsuna well and cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil, quickly stir-fry the beef over medium heat, remove from the fry pan, and set aside.
  4. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in the fry pan, cook the komatsuna, return the beef to the fry pan, stir-fry together, then add and mix in (B).
