Directions

  1. Slice the tuna into edible pieces. Cut the yam into 4 cm (1.5 in) long strips.
  2. Prepare each bowl with rice and sprinkle on the yakinori seaweed. Arrange (1) on top.
  3. Place a desired amount of wasabi on to the side and season with soy sauce.
