Directions

  1. Season fillets with (A) and set aside to (this will remove any fishy odor and taste).
  2. Mix together ingredients for miso paste (B)
  3. Lightly pat fillets dry and spread evenly with miso paste from (2).
  4. Cut spring onions into 4 cm (approx. 2 in) pieces. Place together with cod fillets and bake at 170 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 7 to 8 minutes until fillets are cooked through. To hasten cooking time, place inside slightly closed aluminum foil pouch.
