- Cut the enoki mushrooms so they are 2 cm (3/4 in.) in length.
- Oil a pan with the sesame oil and cook (2).
Adjust the flavor with the remaining soy sauce and white pepper.
- Add (1) and the green onions to (3), and heat while mixing together.
