Directions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, and stir them together with 1/2 tsp of soy sauce.
  2. Cut the enoki mushrooms so they are 2 cm (3/4 in.) in length.
  3. Oil a pan with the sesame oil and cook (2).
    Adjust the flavor with the remaining soy sauce and white pepper.
  4. Add (1) and the green onions to (3), and heat while mixing together.
