Directions

  1. Remove the hard bases from the shiitake mushrooms, and coarsely mince the caps and stalks.
  2. Mince each of the long onion and ginger.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan, and slowly saute (1) and (2) over low-medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add (A) to (3), and heat while mixing together.
  5. Enjoy by wrapping the rice and (4) in the lettuce leaves.
