50 ml (1-3/4 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Cut the muscles in the pork.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook both sides of the pork.
  3. Reduce to low heat, then add (A) and cook while coating.
  4. Remove the pork, then thicken the remaining sauce by adding starch dissolved in water. Return the pork and coat.
  5. Serve garnished with favorite vegetables.
