- Place the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add in the ground meat and break up while cooking.
- Once the ground meat is cooked through add in the soy sauce and sugar, mix together well and cook for a further 1 minute. Once boiled down add in the flour and cook until slightly sticky.
- Serve on a plate garnished with leafy vegetables if on hand.
