Directions

  1. Place the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat, add in the ground meat and break up while cooking.
  2. Once the ground meat is cooked through add in the soy sauce and sugar, mix together well and cook for a further 1 minute. Once boiled down add in the flour and cook until slightly sticky.
  3. Serve on a plate garnished with leafy vegetables if on hand.
