Directions

Place the chicken into a pot with enough water to completely cover the meat and turn the heat to medium. Once boiling, turn the heat to low, boil for about 2 minutes, then cover with a lid and allow to cool.

Tear the chicken up into easy-to-eat pieces and serve with a well-mixed (A) and red leaf lettuce on the side if on hand.
