  1. Peel the turnip, cut in half vertically, thinly slice.
  2. Season slices with some salt. After they have softened, wring out the moisture.
  3. Thinly slice the lemon skin into strips, mix squeezed juice with the soy sauce, add in (2), serve in a bowl.
