Knead the chicken in a bowl by hand, add in (A) and knead again until evenly mixed.

Rinse the bean sprouts, cut the bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, cut the length of the bok choy in half. Divide by cutting equally 4-6 times vertically.

Mix together (C), forming the sesame sauce.

Heat (B) in a pot, scoop in (1) with a wet spoon. Add in (2) as well and simmer. Pour on the sauce from (3) and enjoy. If the sauce is too thick, try thinning with the soup.

Enoki mushrooms - removing the hard base
Taking out from the package before removing the hard base will result in the hard base falling apart all over the place. Cutting off the hard base while its still in the package is less messy and recommended. After doing so, take the part for use out of the remaining package. Some packages available on the market have a cutting line conveniently indicated on the package.
