Directions
- Mix and soak the the dried plums in mirin.
- Pull the sinew from the chicken breasts. Slice an opening in the thickest section of each piece, smear (1) inside.
- In the following order dip (2) in the flour, egg and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fill 2 cm (3/4 in) of a fry pan with cooking oil, fry until golden at 170 C (338 F) or medium heat.
- If available spread green perilla on a plate, cut each fried piece in half and arrange on top.
