Mix and heat (A) in a pot. Allow to boil for a few minutes.

Remove the stem from the eggplant and cut into three equal pieces lengthwise. Remove the stem from the okra as well.

Heat vegetable oil in a fry pan, fry (2) and remove.

Sprinkle soy sauce and starch on the pork. Evenly fry both sides in the same pan from (3).

Soak (3) and (4) in (1) for a short while. Serve in a plate.
*Enjoy warm or cold.

Insert a knife blade between the stem and the pod and then cut all around to remove the calyx.
