Rehydrate the dry hijiki seaweed in water, and drain in a colander.

Cut the pork into 1 cm (1/2 in.) strips. Cut the carrot into thick, rectangular pieces.

Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan, and quickly saute (2). Add (1), the soybeans and (A), cover with a lid, then cook for 10 minutes. Remove from heat when the broth mixture is almost boiled down.
