Prepare the ketchup rice (A).Mix the onions with the olive oil in a lidded heat-safe container and then microwave for 1 minute at 600 W. In a separate heat-safe container, place the ketchup and microwave uncovered for 3 minutes at 600 W.

Add (1) to the rice and combine together well.

Divide the rice in half, adding ham and cheese to one part, and tuna and corn to the other. Combine the ingredients for each portion well, then form into two round discs. Use the roasted seaweed to make the faces of a jack-o-lantern and a skull.

Place the rice balls (3) into a lunch box, and pack with other delectable lunchbox additions.
