Directions

  1. Separate the broccoli into individual florets, then cut in half and divide into eighths. Soak in water for 3 minutes and drain. Remove stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cut the pork in half widthwise and spread open. Roll up (1) so the thickness is even, and lightly coat with flour.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Arrange (2) in the fry pan with roll-ends facing down. Cook lidded over medium-low heat, while flipping occasionally for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and cook until evenly browned. Use paper towels to wipe away remaining oil in the fry pan. Add in and boil down (A), then serve on plates.
