Directions

  1. Separate the broccoli into individual florets, then cut in half and divide into eighths. Soak in water for 3 minutes and drain. Remove stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Cut the pork in half widthwise and spread open. Roll up (1) so the thickness is even, and lightly coat with flour.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Place the rolls (2) in the pan with the end of the rolls face-down. Cook lidded over medium-low heat, then turn over and cook further for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and cook until evenly browned. Use paper towels to wipe away remaining oil in the fry pan. Add in and boil down (A), then serve.
